    Home exercise equipment : a Roller,10kg Dumbbell each,Gloves.Hand grip.Rubber Cable and a pair of 5kg dumbbell. adding weight. start to exercise more often nowadays dont know why i so interested in exercise. try exercise 3times a week . so far i had lose 6kg in 6 months.

    Today finish school at 11:15am then straight away went to gombak gym to exercise. Reach there at 11:35am and finish at 12:30pm.. less than an hour.. dont know it is because of too many people there or too tired to exercise .... really tired today :(
