GYM is my most important part of my life , without gym i maybe still a fat guy .

Hmm you all may think i am crazy always going to gym , dont care others,even injuries myself and i also went there. H mm let me tell you about my past.
Not because i want to keep fit is because of this.
4 years ago i did injuries my right hand finger. Because of too playful and stubborn. my finger was crashed by the door gap, and luckily is just broke my right middle finger. you may think is stupid? But u never know why will happen to me. I still can remember when i was sec 2 i was a playful guy keep disturb people a lot. until one day really happen to me, push my friends inside the door and close it. my friend didn't know that my hand was there and crashed by the door gap. Was in hospital for 1 week , during those few days in hospital i been thinking and thinking.And nearly wanna die .after recovery . It was a bad news to me, doctor told me that i need 3 years to gain back my strenght. And i was like **** really cant accept this to me . So i start to grab any dumbbell to exercise , in the beginning is really hard to grab 3kg each. but i keep trying and trying.... No matter how hard is it. Until now took me 2 years plus to gain back my stamina and strenght. Is really hard during those years. :(
That the reason why i always go gym to exercise. because i dont want to think of my past again. :O
