    A totally different person / 2010 will be a new start for me.







    Today woke up at 7am, Online awhile, and went to look for something, in the end i found a few fitness books... Its been a long time i had never go gym before. Was really busy working . All my muscle are gone soon.... 1 years plus of training totally wasted. Always finding excuse not to go gym . Kinda tired or stress this month. I been eating a lot of foods nowadays.

    But now , i started back , Soon i had to go NS, I really hope i can train back the shape that i used to had.. haha .




    Do what you want to be, Don't find any excuse to give up everything .
