Try this Workout everyday or 3 times a week. Really help u to lose weight plus gain muscle too :)
Without Gym also can train .
Warm up 5mins.
Do push up as much as you can until u really can't.
If you had any dumbbell or barbell curls , rubber cable. Try this method.
First, grab dumbbell, Get a lighter weight like 5kg each,doing non-stop until your hand really numb.
Use rubble cable to do the same .
Barbell, Lift up and down and backward to train your bicep, triceps quickly , but be careful when u doing backward, You will easily get injuire.
Don't ever get heavy weight to train , you will get shorter, i had try before.
I used to think that carry heavy weights will be better than lighter weights, But its wrong,heavy weight is just to train your stamina , while lighter weight can help you to get shape quickly.
Just get this few equipment and u can start your training workout :)
To me , I don't wish to get fat anymore, I Use to get laugh by friends when i was in secondary school, calling me fatty,pig or even more worst, and others. So from that day , i told myself that i will never get laugh again and prove to them.
Never give up everything , just do what you want.
