    Today exercise 2 hour plus hehe . Not bad that i can carry so many weight today , think i am not in good mood today :) or others .. keep putting weight until its reach to 25kg barbell , and i can do 60 reps omg.. now gonna rest again. headache ..... until nearly fall down lol :9

    Today lesson start at 8am, reach there at 8:20am ... late by 20min plus haha luckily teacher still haven't teach yet... today abit boring , our lesson only have 3 hour from 8 to 11am, the teacher teach us about using computer to do some program... After school some of my classmate went to Holland Village to take something , but i didn't go because i had something on . GYM :)
