    Yesterday went to vivo city to meet gf.Reach there at 5 :40pm late, but luckily she didnt angry for that ,sorry for waiting.We bought 2 Movie Ticket Micheal jackson This is it.Movie start at 7:14pm and end at 9:05pm.I will rate 3/5 not bad the movies. All the way showing how he dance and how he teach . After that we went for a walk and eat dinner. Long John Silver...... Sad dont really like it, but just because i want to gain weight i had to eat those . Finally gain 2 kg back . Last week keep eating prata,KFC,long john silver, just to gain weight faster. Now gonna stop eating those.


    Exercise Workout: 2 hour workout:

    1 hour kick boxing sand bag.
    1 hour doing push up dumbbell barbell sit up .

    going to get shape soon. >.<
