Woot, finally i can easily life up 40lbs of barbell and doing 200 diamond push up .

Wake up early today , having a bad flu , dad bought us nasi lemak for breakfast and went to work . After finish my breakfast, resting awhile and start my routine workout . Can't believe that i can easily lift up 40lbs barbell and do as much as i can. My record is to get 200 diamond push up today to maintain my size and weight.
I always thought that everyday training will makes you grow more muscle and bigger size , but i now then realize that everyday do will not helping muscle to grow, infect it will reduce your muscle and just get more stamina. Our body had to recover after 48 hours before going to gym again.
I always don't believe them saying resting after 48 hours . So i try resting a day and another day , and i can't believe it . it's really grow a lot and more strenght, just 1 week and it's improve .
Regret is i shouldn't listen to those people who keep saying exercise daily.
Now i am trying to get bigger arm and biceps, ticeps, chest in less than 2 week .
You all may think why i want to exercise everyday ? the truth is i don't wanna be fat again , really hate that so much . People laughing , mock , and all dirty words they said to me . really hate it.
