    I'm helping him to blog again.

    I doing fine in NS. We been training all the times,one person do wrong we get punish all. From 20push up to 20diamond and lot more. Right now i just cant run 4km.Tmr i had to go for training and after that running and so on night doing drills. Tough.

    And they provide us 3 meals to eat daily but sometimes not tat nice to eat,morning provide coffee and night is just fruit drinks. Right now i just need coffee haish. Really miss laopo lots. Hope she doing well and rest well loves.
